Do you clean electric cars while they charge?+
Yes. No water near the port, and we never touch cables, charging ports or screens.
What if the car is very dirty?+
Cars with built-up dirt first get a recovery wash, quoted separately. After that, regular washes keep them clean.
Where do you clean the cars?+
In the company car park or garage. Only on private property, never on the street.
Can employees get their own car cleaned?+
Yes. The company signs up; anyone not included can book a wash for the day of our visit, using the link the company gave them.
How do I keep track of the service?+
In an app: upcoming visits, photos of every car and a rating for each visit.
Is there a minimum number of vehicles?+
Yes. We work with fleets of 4 vehicles or more.
